DIY It or Let Us Do It

1. Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the safe use and return of all rented equipment.

2. Damage or Loss: Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment is the sole responsibility of the renter. Repair or replacement costs will be charged directly to the renter.

3. Condition: Tools must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Heavy dirt or debris may incur a cleaning fee of AED 50.

4. Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees equal to another 4-hour rental block (AED 50 per tool).

5. Usage: The renter agrees to use the tools only for their intended purpose and assumes all risk of injury or property damage during use.

6. Payments & Refunds: Payments must be made in advance to confirm the booking. Refunds are only available if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

7. Consent: By proceeding with payment, you consent to receive booking confirmation emails from Hyper Craft.
